I was having multiple problems with my AC. My home warranty company was giving me a run around with mixed diagnosis, warranty restrictions, added costs, & non- covered limitations. I called Alex at 72° Degrees and he came out & promptly & fully diagnosed the issues & gave me several options. He suggested, & I agreed, that replacement of my main unit was the best long term solution. The work was done perfectly & professionally and my entire system has never worked better.
Based on this very positive outcome, that beat every warranty proposal, I then had Alex & 72° Degrees install a new, full AC/heating system replacement for a second family property I own. This included a complete new heating & air conditioning system with all new ductwork...

I was having issues with the company my home warranty sent out to repair my air conditioner. They basically put a band-aid on my unit, and 2 days later, it broke again. They wanted to come out again and charge me a grip to put another band-aid on it. I called Alex with 72 Degrees HVAC and he sent Eduardo out the next day. Eduardo assessed the situation and told me the best solution would be to replace the unit. I agreed, and Alex immediately ordered a new unit. His crew was out within a couple of days and not only installed the new unit but also cleaned out the AC drain lines and adjusted the ductwork for better efficiency. His crew was on time, polite, and neat. I would highly recommend Alex and his crew at 72 Degrees HVAC!

Alex did an awesome job designing my dual zone custom system. The system is really quite and cools my house with no problem at all in the summer and keeps it plenty warm in the summer. The smart design allows me to run only the zone I want when I want to. Highly recommend 72 degrees for all your AC needs.
